3. Pet Friendly

4. Cable & Internet Included

   Basic cable and high speed internet included in your rent. There are ethernet jacks in every bedroom, ready for internet. The services are both through Comcast.

5. Monthly Pest Control

   To keep the grounds as bug free as possible, we have a monthly pest control inspection and service performed on the exterior of the buildings. To receive a pest service for the inside of your apartment, please submit a Maintenance Request. A termite inspection is also performed once a year.

6. Parking Decals

   Parking on campus is very hard to find during class hours. Parking decals give our tenants who have cars the promise of a parking space on site. Parking Decals are $50.00 for the year; one time charge.

7. Onsite Management

   Onsite Management allows each tenant to have the ease of access to management resources without having to leave the grounds.
